Dave founded Saiger Steam Clean & Restoration, LLC, in 2006, after cleaning for over 30 years in the family business. He is a member of the Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce and the First City Bemidji chapter of Business Network International. |

In March 2011, Dave was a guest speaker and presented information about water damage restoration at the Beltrami County Emergency Management town hall meeting that focused on flood preparedness. Dave was a featured speaker at the "Home, Sport & Travel Show" in April 2011, at the Sanford Center. His presentation entitled, "Clean Home = Healthier Living," provided practical information regarding carpet, upholstery and furnace duct cleaning, as well as fire/smoke and water damage restoration for residential and commercial buildings. He discussed the importance of routine maintenance to achieve the benefits of a healthier living environment. |
