Dave founded Saiger Steam Clean & Restoration, LLC, in 2006, after cleaning for over 30 years in the family business.  He is a member of the Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce and the First City Bemidji chapter of Business Network International.

Dave received the "2007 Small Business of the Year Award of Excellence" from the Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce, and was also nominated for "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2007 and 2008.

Professional Consulting:

Professional Consulting:

Dave was a featured speaker at the "Home, Sport & Travel Show" in April 2011, at the Sanford Center.  His presentation entitled, "Clean Home = Healthier Living," provided practical information regarding carpet, upholstery and furnace duct cleaning, as well as fire/smoke and water damage restoration for residential and commercial buildings. He discussed the importance of routine maintenance to achieve the benefits of a healthier living environment.
